I am struggling in life right now. I actually had thoughts about not living anymore. This helped me to calm down. When he said to change position i just let my self go and end up laying on the floor. Im actually still laid down as a comment this and i dont wanna get up. I actually need to integrate this into my life together with my physical training. Positive vibes to all of you and thank you for reading my comment.

When you said “a little treat” and you sticked to that! The vibration and natural movement.. that I wanna say almost felt like a cord-like connections through your body. It felt like a tidal wave. And anyone else who feels or see this, don’t be afraid just allow it to happen 🌞🚀

Been meditating everyday for almost 2 weeks now and feel the power it gives myself. I've watched this video and the holiday de-stress vid so many times now. I'm coming of cocaine and painkillers and these videos are helping me continue my life free from drugs. Also making me a better person. Im more aware of my actions and not letting little irritations ruin my mood. Your videos are changing my life for the better. Thank you.

Probably the best meditation I’ve ever done
@Purvisvarietyoflife7 жыл бұрын
I can't express how helpful this meditation technique was. I've been meditating for the past year and half now but haven't had as much of an impact as the way you explained it. I would generally just breathe in from my nose and exhale from the nose primarily. But when you explained breathing out from the mouth and letting go of any negativity, it's made a world of difference. I consciously now make a point in my mind as often as I can to breathe out from the mouth to release any negative energy. Loved this video and the work you do Jay

It's been several months now. I try to do the two meditation Jay has throughout my morning day at work. It would be great if I could just stop and set down and do this. But I had to just modify the sessions to fit my life. Works great for getting CENTERED. Thanks Jay

Absolutely amazing! I’ve always heard that when you are really in a deep meditative state, you will just lose the time...that is exactly what happened. It felt as if only 5 minutes went by and next thing I know jay is talking again saying open your eyes. I was like what and sure enough he was concluding the session! So helpful!

As I just finished my own meditation I opened KZbin and this video was the first I noticed so I went along a bit then decided to open my eyes and watch. Did you have a mudra with your fingers? Energy has to flow right and your students had hands all over the place. Not being harsh, just saying. Am so grateful for what you bring. Am learning new stuff or remembering old ones again. Namaste🙏

Lotus posture???? Hello!! Jay what exactly are you doing?
@bibingraj97436 жыл бұрын
It's not lotus posture and there is no need for lotus posture as a necessity to practise meditation. You just have to keep your spine straight and not let other parts of your body be in an uncomfortable posture.
@nirupamateghbahadur17056 жыл бұрын
Movie Fanatic yes that’s true. The spine has to be straight. Now, consider the flexor muscles of the legs. If in superposition, or overlapping, they pull the vertebral column. The tensor muscles are also at work, but with daily practice the tension in muscles ceases and you will feel your spine in straight & relaxed suspension. Well, the lotus posture is indeed optional because not every person who meditates, can acquire the same.
