It’s actually only $50 (free shipping both ways) if you want a head replacement (or body or limbs- 1 of those 3). That price includes cleaning the doll and tightening the limbs. The $88 price is the top tier if you want 2 of the 3: new head, new limbs, new body.

I had gotten a Kinani at a flea market for $5 but had to re-wig her. I did find a very close replacement on Etsy but don't remember the seller and it was pricey $20-30. It was so long (to her feet) and heavy that it made me nuts. I had to cut it to Kanani's original length and I'm glad I did, it became more manageable. I am looking forward to your restoration videos on both of your dolls. Great score!

If you do send it to the care center, please be aware of that. You should call them first and they will let you know what items they can replace and which ones they can’t they can always clean and tighten the limbs.

If you are just getting Kehlani’s head replaced been that would probably be like maybe $40 and you would get a brand new head. I think that might be best. Wishing you luck with it though I know you’re against the doll hospital. I had a very good experience with an older doll though.
