If anyone wondering what shop is at 10:20 (missing from description) it's the Shinjuku location of Tatsuya (たつ屋 新宿店) There are several chains named Tatsuya in Japan but this one uses the red logo with the "since 1969" tag line. It's near the Shinjuku Sanchome exit.

There is a difference between the two, but they are very similar and pork belly is basically a super thick cuts of bacon that isn't cured and is a bit more fatty. Both cuts come from the same part of the pig.

We hunted down the Waygu roast beef place while in Akihabara! Hands down one of the best dishes I had in Japan! Second only to the Karaage hole in the wall that we found about 3 blocks away! Can't wait to go back!

When I went to Japan, I went completely alone and didn’t speak a single word do the language, with this I had made so many plans and this video made one of them! I left the train station, loaded this video and followed where you went to find the pork flower, followed exactly how you ordered because I had never ever ordered anything like I had done this, and I am so glad I did because this was delicious!
