In this one he discovers a local delicacy called the “course chopped tray” and about loses his mind over a thing called a “hush puppy.” Such a great channel. Mark, being on of your followers, I drove from the Eastern Shore of Maryland to go to Lexington Bar-b-que Smoke House to eat the pork, rough chopped and a sandwich with the sliced pork. Here’s my review, very honest review. I sat there at two different tables waiting for my order to be taken, first table was there for about 10 minutes. I moved to another table since the first one was at a corner and I said maybe they don’t see me. 2nd table, it took a little longer then 15 minutes. Finally an elderly lady asked if I had been served, I said no, she took my order and then I waited another 12 minutes for my drink and order to arrived. By this time two tables across from me had been served and started eating. My chopped pork wad was tough and smoked flavor was totally absent. I paid said thank you and left. Mark, very disappointing with the service and food. Thank you, will keep following you!!

I love that Mark is showing so many different ways of eating and living I'm the states. Canada doesn't have any southern food or culture here and they will poke fun at the accent if they hear it. Also many people in canada are vegans, gluten free, vegetarian and have allergy free diets who dislike meat or meat heavy food.

I’m also from GTA in Canada and it really depends on who you’re talking to. There’s an large proportion of the population that loves and appreciates Southern BBQ - hence the enormous popularity of Ribfests in the summertime and support for local BBQ restaurants.
