Pierogi is a polish food. Its dough filled with mashed potao and cheese. There are a few different ways to serve. My great grandmother came from poland and she served them boiled then she would put them on a plate and pour brown butter over it. One of my families favorites growing

Restaurant wise I’ll always order pho ga (chicken pho ) or bun bo hue. For beef pho, i prefer oxtail pho. Homemade oxtail pho is so good and delicious!!! You have to try! Next time add chili oil to your pho to kick up the spice!!🔥🔥

Not all pho restaurants have it, and it’s also hit or miss when you order it at restaurants. But when you find the right one, you won’t regret trying it!
