I was a trout fisherman whilst living up the nw coast but when I moved to Hobart I phased into the bream fishing and put the trout on the back burner a bit. Still venture out for trout every now and then but the bream fishing has me hooked.

Both fresh and salt. 50 yrs salt, and 10 yrs fresh water. But only yellowbelly and bass up here in Qld. Going Trout fishing for the first time ever in 4 weeks at Lake Jindabyne.

Just found your channel I hope someone won the lure. I don’t have any trout where I live in Whyalla, sea fishing for whiting, gar, squid, crab, leathers and anything else that will jump onto the hook. Would love to go trout fishing one day but have no idea about the gear. What was the tool you used to dispatch the trout with, I couldn’t make it out! Cheers, nice channel.

Nice trout you ask why we do it just to let them go well for me if its size and in my bag limit the trout come home with me i don't release introduced species back in our water ways if they are size that's just me. I'm an allrounder mix it up most days. ATB
