I started with Legion and was impressed with the amount of content I experienced. I enjoy content and things to do, but I like to have time to enjoy them instead of being rushed into changing my gear and adapting to a new zone.

I'm concerned about the pace of content. War Within has been so buggy, and caused so many other bugs throughout the rest of the game, and it seems evident it has been rushed out. I want them to take their time and get it right.

Honestly I just used to poo poo these types of posts and dismiss them. Recently though I’ve seen lots of little bugs that are annoying and wonder if this pacing as you say might be the cause. One bug that’s super annoying is that the ESC button outside of combat/instances doesn’t close the talent window. Or the spell book. Instead it just opens the game menu. Which is should but ONLY when no other window is closed. This sounds like a small thing but when you are used to something after playing for 20 years then it’s annoying

Sounds like after 20 years, The Dev team is finally doing it right. Loads of new stuff spread out over a shorter time to keep players engaged. Honestly, I used to just play the new expac for about 6 months then quit until the next one because it got so damn monotonous and boring. I and so stoked for all this new stuff. PLAYER HOUSING OMFG!

I wonder what % of WoW players are purely in it for the solo content. As Blizzard is making decent steps for them, while completely dropping the ball on M+ and especially PVP. And since Heroic Raiding and below becomes irrelevant after like 3 weeks of the season it makes me think if they're not just focussing mainly on the solo players who are way cheaper to please.

The best option for the Delve Companion is to get a new one for each expansion. We could have Elise Starseeker or another notable character for Midnight.

I think a nice option would be taking delves into a class specific direction with new class hall upgrades too. For instance maybe DKs get a random DK, id prefer these NPCs to be brand new explorers that we are taking through delves to learn their "class" essentially. There could be class specific transmogs that maybe the characters we get are dripped out in, with more to gain through the class hall again.

Having flying everywhere, all the time changes the game a lot. Imagine having to move around on foot while planting bugs in the City of Threads. Time consuming? Yes. More immersive? Yes. Acceptable to most players? Probably not. I have an intimate connection to every square inch of Kalimdor. In recent expansions a large portion of zones are just green and brown stuff I fly over to get to a quest. I'm fine with no flying in Undermine, but I'd put money on the fact that we'll be able to fly in a couple of weeks, after a lot of all cap forum posts.

The Garrisons in WoD were not player housing BUT when the feature was announced it was totally taken as it was wows version of player housing. That’s why a lot of players were doubly upset / mad when they learned how Garrisons actually worked

If we don't get more scars, fractured skin patterns for Red Draenai, Earthern and Lightforged, more customizations for highmountain, and bulky dragon body type for Dracthyr, i could give zero fucks about anything else honestly. Such simple effort to do this, and doesn't require much in terms of resources since we literally have NPCs with this stuff, but we'll probably get more chicks with beards for other races instead.

I believe it is pretty challenging to create a ground-only experience which would be fun enough to not miss flying mounts, especially dynamic flights Though blizzard gained a lot of experience throughout the years with zone and gameplay design so I hope it will be a blast

The issue that I have with the ground mounts is the same one I had with Dragonflight initially. I like the concept, but my selection of 500+ mounts is now whittled down to a handful (the reskin options don't count) for an entire patch or maybe longer.

Agree, just not lazy but rushed, there is not a lot you can do in 8 hour work day, and overtime hours have to be payed even more, so usually companies don't even allow overtime but everything has to get done in those 8 hours a day... Even tho some creators maybe really wanted to work on a new companion

_Where do you post suggestions to the Devs for the Housing System?_ They could use the hundreds of already existing empty decorative houses around the entire game and create an instance point at the entrance, then slowly make them available to be acquired just like mounts, develop about a dozen or so interiors, to begin with, and add more over time. Simple, interesting and easy to implement! This way you can finally get a house in the middle of Stormwind, Nagrand, inside some caves, behind waterfalls on top of mountains, or wherever is your favourite place in the game (obviously allowing for multiple houses). The more they allow us to customize the better, for us and them, so I don't expect to be able to change walls/doors/windows/overall layout, but that would be fantastic!

I like that they arent going to wipe Branns progress, i wouldnt be happy with that. That would make me stop doing delves. I wouldnt mind having Brann as an option, with another character follower that starts as the same level as the players Brann. Or maybe the new follower option character could start over at level 0 as long as we can choose which follower we want, Brann or the new follower. The DPS option for Brann doesnt do that much more damage than the healer option for Brann currently. Is the Tank option going to do even less damage than the DPS option for Brann?

The announcements make me worried. Blizz has been losing a lot of faith over the years and to not only re-released the Brutosaur (for $90), but aim to have an 8 week patch cycle, seemingly year and a half X-Pac cycles, release player housing, AND re-release Mage Tower skins through Legion Remix leads me to believe Blizz is trying to squeeze as much as they can as fast as they can. I'm worried we may be headed into maintenance mode at the end of the trilogy...

I don't prefer going into Midnight. The majority of the reason there's a filler season now is because (as devs have said) during those filler seasons, most of the team is working on the new expansion. Take away those 4 months of them working on the new expansion and then just imagine how buggy the new expansion would be. Did we all forget how horribly buggy this expansions initial release was? Imagine how much worse it would be if it were released in April (when s4 launched) instead of August. You guys gotta use your brains a lot more than what you currently do. There needs to be a 4th season. People can take breaks if they want and not have to pay for a new expansion and monthly sub during that 4 month hiatus.
