If you look in the patch notes under the PvP section there are Havoc buffs which look as though they have been placed wrongly in the PvP section as they are the only changes which are not explicitly stated to apply in PvP mode only if you look at all the other classes as examples. Have hopium! :D

Last time Demon Hunter had any real changes was November 7th, 2023 Between then and now, we had 2 icon recolors, 1 tank spec metamorphosis adjustment and that is it. We still have talents for dps havoc spec that "lowers threat" absolutely useless and we have talents that currently are not working, we made a Excel spreadsheet and we have up to 22 talents that are not working as intended. We don't even have a proper class designer anymore at blizzard since the previous guy quit. It's ridiculous at this point~

agreed. It's embarrassing how bad havoc DH is in this expansion. I have 5 level 80s. My hunter who is in 575 gear out damages and survives my 600 Havoc DH, by a wide margin. It's actually hilarious how bad the difference is. And it really wouldn't take much to buff Havoc. Reduce the cooldowns a little bit, as I'm always waiting for my cooldowns to be up which stops my dps; and give it maybe a 5% damage reduction. Oh, and just outright replace the hero trees. They aren't good.

MM hunter is the best it's ever been and survival is very healthy right now as well. Cant speak for BM, but can speak for 2600 io and comfortable doing 11's in both specs, usually end around 2mil overall at 619 ilvl

It's called catchup gear but you're just catching up to the same behind position relative to the new being way ahead. So in an addictive mind state you are catching up. In reality you are not actually moving anywhere but you have to work to not move anywhere.

The achiefment things they rally need to fix are the ones that: - can't be solod as it's impossible to find groups for them these days. - they need to fix the ones that are impossible to do when oneshotting them. - they need to fix being immune to effects you need to trigger something for say getting stacks of debuff your immune to. you need to never be immune to these effects. These 3 problems prevent me from getting a load of achiefments done which is just stupid. And yeah ret sinle target dps needs massive buff. In equal gear im litteraly doing 55% of the dps of a other melee dps... and i have played this class for almost 2 decades so not ned to the mechanics.. the aoe is more then fine but single target is just horrid.

how much do these big numbers change the overall output? +25% damage on a skill that count for 5% of your total damage is not a big change. Cant say i know the classes good enough to be sure, but im 99% certain that no class overall will have those big number changes. Maybe change what skill is main damage cource, likely just closing the cap up to the skills used today

They need to add some changes to havoc DH, it’s hit and miss with me. The tier set bonus in TWW that gives blade dance a 20% bonus to have its cooldown reset should be implemented into the actual kit. And imo I think metamorphosis should be changed slightly. Should only last 10 secs, has two charges and a one minute cooldown. Being able to consistently leap into the air and crash down into demon form would be really cool. Similar to how infernal strikes works for vengeance.

I did not see them change the Prot Paladin, and I hope they do not. The Prot Paladin is in a good spot. My brother said Brewmasters are in a good spot. I've noticed that Blood DKs are in a good spot. I just think Druids need a small buff, and I believe they will all be in a close-to-equal spot. I think people want Prot Paladins constantly nerfed because they're continually disliked. People should dislike Vengeance DH and DKs. They're constantly OP in PVE, not only in defensives but also offensives. If someone says, "But Paladins were OP at times!" No duh! They had to adjust Prot Paladins because they are broken at times. Two that stay constantly broke are DH and DKs. Druids have their moments on and off.

Not again! Ive leveled 14 toons to 600+. I like Delves. Some of my toons can breeze through. Others don’t get far mostly due to mechanics punishing core combat rotations. None of these buffs and nerfs seem to correct the issues. My biggest issue is working for hours complete 5 Time Walking dungeons, etc. just to be awarded with gear that’s already in you bag, alongside 4 others. You shrug it off because, hey, you still have the vault. But no, more repeats of what you already have.

there are a couple delves with mechanics like exploding shrooms or mine cart. they also do massive dmg on mobs. you still have to kill the boss yourself but in general those delves can be done with relatively low gear if you assign brann as healer and keep the stacking healing potion buff up. slow but doable. its like your own dps becomes relatively irrelevant as long as you can somehow stay alive.

Why do i keep thinking DH is gonna be mentioned. Like I'm half asleep but still, i got a bit excited as a new to WoW player who shouldn't have picked DH for their first character. Im pretty good now but Heroic Raid and Mythic+ are tough when it's all new with a dashy character. Just gotta stand on Ky'veza and slowly walk backward somehow. Hate that fight. I also hate Mythic+ trash mobs. Luckily, No Mover with initiative (for dungeons) is still solid enough, and just adding VR isn't too bad, sometimes. It's also fine in Heroic and csn skip initiative. Its weaker but easier to manage while learning the limits of melee positioning. Granted watching good DH dash brazenly toward Rifts and spin around last second into backflip is sweet.

I was really enjoying multiple classes because of how much damage they had, how well prot paladin survives. If they nerf things back down to mediocrity, I'll just get bored again. All I'm seeing is the same pattern with Blizzard. They get into a bit of trouble, start giving people what they want like buffing classes or whatever, then once everyone has settled down and moved on from whatever controversy, Blizzard goes back to being shitty. They see goodwill as nothing more than a currency to spend on being assholes. A good example of this is that frost mage has been OP almost entirely since vanilla. Yet among all these nerfs, they're BUFFING frost mages?... this shows how little they actually care about balance.

Would it be nice to explain to ‘nearly level 80’ and geared level 80’s in timewalking? I have seen a lot of level 80 players that just can’t carry the group because the ‘balance’ between levels tend to favor the lower levels and less geared. I can heal without any issues until there are level 80’s in the group. A level 10 tank can literally solo most timewalking but a level 80 can’t.
