Jade impregnated with some types of resin will glow under black light. Real Jade with no modifications you will just see the purple uv color go through the stone.

Oh yes it’s very possible. Easiest way for me is to gently rub 2 together and it should feel gritty. If it’s smooth and without texture, it’s likely faux.

That’s 100% false, pearls can very easily chip and scratch, they’re made of calcium carbonate (nacre)!!
