OMG! I have the same suspension setup with 16" ORI's on all four corners and have been trying to figure out how to package a rear sway bar for 2 years. This is fantastic. Thanks for sharing

It took us awhile to finally figure it out, so we are glad we could help out others by showing our solution! Thanks for watching!

Super clean! How much articulation did you had before and how much did you lose? If any*

Great idea on how to route the sway bar and visual of the impact it has! Packaging a sway bar can be tricky. How did you decide arm length?
@AvidMedia7 ай бұрын
Thanks! I did a 16” arm to match the travel in my 16” rear coilovers, you could run longer but I couldn’t fit any longer in this mounting position

@@AvidMedia nice! That’s what I’ve always read to run a similar length as the length of travel. I’m hoping I can package one on my current build but it’s going to be tricky. Quickly run out of space.

@@foregonetrails oh I get it, took me about a year of talking about it before I actually did it😂

I just picked up the same system you are running for my XJ. When you ran the tube under the seat, did you cut the center hump and weld the floor to the tube or does it sit right one top and interfere with the seat bottom latch hook? Could you take a few pics of how the tube fits running fender to fender? Thanks!!

@@billcartier1417 I “massaged” the center hump with a mini sledge😂 but it still interferes with the seat latch so I had to remove that. I’m out of town but will definitely get some better pictures/videos of it this weekend

@@AvidMedia I had a feeling when I was test fitting tonight, that some “massaging”took place😂Whenever you get a chance for those pics, I would appreciate it!!

Are the Seatbelt bolts going to hold? Are they more for a guide? Did you wild the bar somewhere to the frame?
@AvidMedia7 ай бұрын
They are a guide but they also help hold in place, if you look below the bolt hole it has a pretty strong square nut mounted to the body but I still added another bolt to the bottom side. Also, yes the thru bar is welding where it meets the fender. We have already taken this setup out in fast pace & slow pace extreme flexing situations and have had no issues with movement
