Skiing is great for core strength, and especially your back. I have degenerative spinal disc disease, with 4 fused vertebrae, and I've been skiing for 57 years. I even broke my neck in a bad crash almost 3 years ago, and I was back on the hill the next season.

55+ year skier, and I absolutely hate magic carpets. I crashed bad while skiing almost 3 years ago and broke my neck. I was back on the hill the following Winter.

I actually do remember the accident. That wasn't that long after i first got into drones myself. I also remember that the Phantoms' hard case busted kens back, and the drone was still fine. That accident is the exact reason why i buy hard cases for my drones now.
