Huge flock of Queleas feeding - a spectacular sight!

On an open plain in South Luangwa National Park in Zambia, we came across this spectacular sight… a HUGE flock of Red-billed Queleas! There were so many birds, moving in what looked like waves across the open plains.
Some bird books refer to it as a “roller feeding” movement.
These queleas can roost, feed or breed in flocks up to millions of individuals.

Fun fact : Red-billed queleas are the most populous birds in the world (Aside from domestic chickens) with a population of over 1.5 billion.

I saw that you even disabled the video comments where two springboks died in a horrible and atrocious way, without anyone helping. It may also be better to change your text in the description, because it is bullshit to justify that we cannot interfere with nature. Filming everything and doing nothing to alleviate the springboks' suffering was unethical.

Rules such as visitors are not allowed to leave their vehicles and not allowed to interfere with nature in any way. Please visit www.sanparks.org and familiarise yourself with the rules. This is nature, and this is what happens out there, as sad as it may be at times.
