Nikki, I watched a “what I eat in a day” video of yours. What I learned from it is to have a lot of variety & to use a lot of seasonings, which allows you to have a lot of variety. Thanks for sharing all of the things you’ve learned throughout your journey. It really helps.

I tried your version of a rice, turkey, beans, tomato, and a small amount of taco cheese on top,and for the first time the taco bell seasoning cooked in with the turkey meat.A new favorite !!!!!I will definitely be making this again and again. I also bought a rotisserie chicken and plan on putting the taco bell seasoning on that too for bowls as well. And I will also add avocado 🥑and sour cream. You have helped me tremendously with this bowl recipe. I am struggling with my weight and not doing well with WW this time. And I know it's because I just couldn't find something that was filling and satisfying. This is working for me!!🎉🎉Thank you a million times 🎉❤

I like to get the almond red pepper pesto to use on pasta and pizza. And the cacio de pepe ravioli are really good too. We cook them in the air fryer and just eat them plain most of the time. My favorite pasta is carb de nada and I buy it online.

The plain Greek yogurt is good- I buy it all the time. I mix sugar free jelly in it

So one package of lentils with one tub of fat free feta and one container of bruschetta all from TJ,s. Mix in bowl and use for dip or any other bowl you want to use with. Maybe pasta.

That’s spinach artichoke dip that would be lovely. You pull out of bread a cob loaf, pull out the pieces and put put the stuff in and bake it in the oven and do the bits of bread and then dip it in to you delicious

I love smokehouse almonds by Blue Diamond (my weakness) in that small can. I will have to pick up TJ's now since you get quite a bit more. I finally picked up their Strawberry jelly/jam, frozen bread sticks and mozzarella cheese and they were very good!! Please try and rate their bird's nest in the freezer section in a future video. They are so good and tast like onion rings.

Have you tried frozen blueberries in your yogurt bowls? I’ve been doing that and it’s so good! Those wild blueberries from Costco are really sweet and delicious.

That roasted tomato pasta sounds delicious. I'm in a slump over here, and have been ACTIVELY self-sabotaging...so I need some yummy sounding easy-peasy foods to make! For your broccoli pasta dish, add some chix breast...(haha, yes, I know that you know). I love TJ's light Swiss slices...not so fond of their light cheddar slices, which seems like they have no flavor. We've been eating Velveeta slices forever...which are only one point, and are fine on sandwiches, but MAN that Swiss is such a glow-up. I still use PB2 for my peanut butter needs. Can't beat it for the points. I love Crunchy Curls...so I don't buy 'em much. LOL I neeeeeeeeeed some of those crackers! My low fat Wheat Thins are my faaaaaaaaaaaave...but kindy pointy. Those onion rings are so good...but I'll eat the whole bag. OMG...gimme those almonds. ::grabby hands:: I need to try those cookies.
