Hey Crystal, if you would have asked the person tagging yarn, they would have checked it for you. Normally they do that if you ask about one or two yarns. They will scan it, get the price and tag it. I did that last year, but only on a couple of yarns they hadn't gotten to yet. Glad you got what you wanted and the decorations are great for the kids! Thanks for taking us along!

They were going crazy in Virginia because I get most of the stores that we stopped up for the yarnsale like most people had cleared it out like last week but of course one of the associates told me they were gonna be doing that like every week as new inventories coming in suggest to come back because they'll be marking more stuff down almost every week so just been kind of like peeking in and like taking a headache of every single dump they've been doing on the red tag sales

Hi Crystal, our Hobby lobby in Dubuque Iowa usually does theirs in June as well. I was able to get some just happen to stop at hobby lobby for some thing else. I talked to some employees and they said the reason it is on sale now is they are doing a bunch of moving around of shelves and things and there will be no sale in June,this is it. I was surprised that there weren’t more yarns marked down, but I was able to snag some. It is a substantial savings for me as I make blankets, scarves and hats for various organizations and for my local hospital for chemo patients. Anytime I can get yarn on sale or clearance, it’s a win-win for me. You two are so cute together! DOB means date of birth it’ll work lol

Hi Crystal, I went to Hobby Lobby yesterday to get some clearance yarn. The woman that worked there told me the D on the glass shelves meant discontinued. I live in Florida and she said they are making the yarn section smaller too, to make room for new things. We used to have four sides of yarn on 2 aisles. Good thing you bought that yarn, because they are not getting any more.

Got me a huge yarn clearance haul there yesterday, popped in to my favorite yarny channel because I just KNEW Crystal would have a video on it! Met a lovely lady there who was also stocking up and made a new friend! No " i love this yarn' marked down in my store either, but lots of chenille was. Grabbed it up to make scrunchies! Yarn ID range also had some colors on clearance and that's one of my favorite yarns to work with, so I was happy about that too.

The other one near me had the same stuff marked down as yours so they just haven't made it there yet. I don't normally shop at HL but I do like the sale for sure!

I went to Hobby Lobby today for the first time and LITERALLY cleared out their entire sale items😍 It took 7 carts, pushing down the yarn, stacking up high😂 I was done at close to their closing time, so I’m going back to deliver a thank-you lunch for all the staff. They were so kind, helpful, and friendly, and the store atmosphere was very happy and pleasant.

I was there a few days ago at mine and a few things were marked down, I like specialty yarn. I use bulky yarns that I knit loom, effortless super bulky, and showstopper knit, both yarn bee brand were on sale.
