Efficiency first , step one, get a ladle of the correct size for the au jus, why are you doing a dip and a half.... LOL.. They waste 1/3 of the onions, and scrape 1/4 of the beef in the bin??? Also, that heaping pile of beef in the "steamer/double boiler", they never turned it, how is the bottom of that pile going to taste compared to the top of it??? Not making enough food to require that large of pre prep... Anyway, most likely just a bunch of drunks eating at 2am, so theres that!!!! Im sure the prices more than enough cover the ridiculous waste!!! And those two guys are taking it home,,, hahaha...
