I’m from Texas and I approve this sandwich🙂 extra sauce please😋 We have some of the best wild hog laws in the country so pulled pork is usually a staple for the gunpowder farmer/rancher

Looks like thick cut sourdough bread! It looks awesome! What is the stuff on top? First I thought it was mustard but with the melting and such, probably cheese! Definitely want one of those! Will probably NEVER make it to London, but it is a thought! Is that second one with pesto? Or relish? Anyone know? Possibly Cheeze-Whiz? And again with the blow torches to get that crispy cheese taste, like the cheese that is on the edge of a good pizza!Damn but that looks good! The bacon sand which fits the buns dipped in the bacon grease? Guy knows my heart! Can’t wait for the rest!

At a glance, they look about as long as 3 maybe 4 big macs placed in a line. And they look about 1.5 - 2 times higher than a big mac. So just as a guess, it looks like the equivalent to 5 or 6 big macs. Crazy lol! I'd defo buy one. I defo wouldn't be able to finish it. But it looks so good!!
