It looks amazing - the railings and the deck are great - you did right with the rear entrance, don't ever make level access too small - you might need that space for deliveries etc. I'm sure your little one will enjoy playing on those steps too.. they comply so are nice and safe. our vege garden beds are built from H5 timber and I've just put a plastic lining between the wood and the dirt to prevent leaching. From what I've found out it appears to be a very low risk. Some form of barrier like plastic lining is a good option.
