Rabid dog? Hezballah was readying its missile arm to launch an attack starting at around 5am, the IDF struck Hezballahs long and medium range missile sites before 5am. A F16 can carry 8 SDB, even carrying half that number we are talking 400 SDB strikes, that is a lot in anybody's book and explains why Hezballah claims they only launched 320 Katyusha missiles as the Katyusha is a short range missile based on the BM 21 which sports 40 tubes which amounts to 8 launch vehicles which in the great scheme of things is nothing especially when compared to strikes from over 100 aircraft. But the message sent ( the use of 100 aircraft) will be most worrying for Hezballah.

Fun fact: back in 2016 Ukraine issued a textbook for schoolchildren in which it was claimed that Kursk oblast and other parts of Russia “actually” belonged to Ukraine. On the cover of the book, called “Руйнуймо мiфи» (Ukrainian: “We’re Destroying Myths”), there is a map showing an interesting, different, and larger Ukraine that includes the Crimea, Kuban, Lgov (a town in Kursk oblast), Boguchar (a town in Voronezh oblast), Stary Oskol (a town in Belgorod oblast), and the city of Belgorod itself - all of which, of course, lie within the Russian Federation. The book has been used in Ukrainian schools as a way of dinning it into children’s impressionable minds that such territories belong to Ukraine and have been wrongfully occupied by Russia. One wonders how many Ukrainian soldiers fighting in Kursk oblast today were taught this slop at school and firmly believe that they are simply taking back what is in fact “rightfully theirs.”

The greatest and least escalatory strike Iran can have against Israel would be shooting down Israeli jets in an attempted Israeli preemptive strike against Iran. NATO/Right Sector invasion into Kursk Oblast is a gift in so many ways. I've mentioned many. As you stated Glenn Diesen has stated this is a war of attrition. Many people have been saying this for two years. I thought you had said it too Alexander? Anyway, attrition is working out nicely in Kursk. But the big surprise is that 200,000 experienced Russian troops are on R&R until the fall. So starting September 22, 2024 you can expect them to return to the front lines into October. Right now they are sitting at home eager to drive NATO/Right Sector out of Kursk. This many men however can create a giant pincer to the west and east of Sumy City and seal off 20K to 30K NATO/Right Sector troops. It will be a huge embarrassment to NATO/Right Sector because the writing is on the wall months before it happens. Because all of this is open source intelligence, the CIA and the Pentagon knows it too.

The most the EU can do is restrict Telegram IN EUROPE. Russia (according to the Euros themselves) is not Europe, and neither is Ukraine so far. So I don't see how they can shut down Telegram that will affect Russia or Ukraine. More likely is that this is caused by the recent race riots in Britain as well as the growing criminal underclass that has developed in the EU from the migrant/refugee hordes, who mostly organize on Telegram. In any case, if the EU shuts down TG on EU soil, some new app will come along and they will have to do the whole thing all over again. Either way the EU is quickly turning into a totalitarian dystopia.

I suspect they grabbed Durov as a hostage, to be bartered months or a year from now for some French soldiers fighting in Ukraine.

The time to worry is when the fascists in Europe decide to shut down VPN's. The Russians are starting to pull out of Telegram for internal documents, though...I'm sure that there is concern about it being compromised.
