hi, how do you maintain mercy gameplay in top 500? do you ever switch to someone else if mercy isnt working? how often does that happen if you do?

Oh, people are always asking me to get off Mercy. It's probably every other game. Ana is my fall-back character if Mercy isn't working or is taken. Those matches don't usually turn out well because I don't play Ana at my rank!
