We took a Moroccan Street food tour in the Fes medina to see if we could find the authentic food of Fez Morocco. We were tired of the same Tagines and couscous served in all of the tourist restaurants. My favorite olives were the light green ones with the blush tinge to the skin with a lot of garlic and parsley. Those are the ones I used to get big bags of and just gorge on them. Morocco has some of the best food in the world. I miss it. I was introduced to Moroccan food when I was a teenager and I ate it as often as I could back in California but in the state that I live in now there isn't any Moroccan food so I just make it myself.

I love those olives too! And the ones with the preserved lemon. When we were in Essaouira we had our favourite olive vendor and he always knew to put extra harissa in ours because we love them spicy!

am a Dutch lady and Just Discovered your channel alhamdullilah 😍. Really good explaining and amazing foods. Iived for almost 3 years in Morocco and Fes and Rabat are my favourite cities in Morocco. I recommend you to do a tour trough Rabat. I am sure you Will like it. Another city wich I think is worth to visit is Taroudant ...ohhhh my god the bissara soup my favourite soup..this makes me really hungry 🤣. Just 2 days ago I came back from 1 month in Kenitra but didn't eat the bissara InshaAllah within 2 months I go back to✈️🇲🇦. Keep up the good work.
