*If you've done any type of research during the five years of its development, you'd know that Game Science was approached by both Xbox and Sony to purchase the Chinese IP!* But the CEO of Game Science said, "No!" _They have a legitament website and all showcasing everything throughout the game's development!_ And even though Game Science said, "No," Sony has still provided the studio with Sony employees to help them finish the game. So, the game was never a fan base trailer of hype. So, since you didn't know the details, it tells me that you don't know the difference between facts and fiction. Because at no point did Game Science even hint at Black Myth Wukong being anything other than a next-gen game!

From what I'm hearing that's not the case this game will have difficulty settings and is a lot easier in combat compared to Stellar Blade.

@@matthewdelima7404 I also heard it's mission based like Nioh. I feel as though that's a HUGE!.. missed opportunity to make this game on the scale of Elden Ring. I'm not saying it has to be that big but it could've with the Mythology of Wukong.

​@@kenshin391 going straight out the gate at that level could just of made it a complete buggy mess and flop. This way they make sure they drop a fantastic product they can turn into a franchise and massively build upon because there's soo much to do within the Chinese mythology aspect. They already are going really big but sometimes going bigger is not better. Look at cp2077 went way too big initially and was a complete mess on release.

Lies of P was a new IP, from a new developer that ended up being the best soulsborne game probably ever made. It can be done. Who knows how long it was already in development before they dropped the initial news in 2020. It was initially developed using UE4 and Game Science switched to UE5 halfway through development which hopefully it pays off

@4:44 Calisto Protocol overall concept and gamepaly was great, it is the story that is messed up. Half-way in the game something changed and feels like the gamedevs started to hate the character and player, hate so much that in the extended ending the character loses his legs (and balls).

I'm so hyped for this game. It looks awesome. I'm gonna say it, I do think it will be goty. Everything about this game appeals to me. Love fromsoftware games but played them to death. 80 bosses sounds great but hope you don't get reused bosses as got in elden ring. Roll on 20th of August

The "slightly easier than soulborne games" its awesom. I love soulgames and FromSoftware,but there last balance and truely challeging but fare game was Bloodborne. Elden Ring is one of the best games ever made..but that game is the most unfair and unbalance game ever,we are forced to play "Dark Souls rules" while the game and bosses are playing Sekiro,haha. FromSoftware (and Soulfans too) need to accept the fact we have become better at playing there games,and going the "Lets make bullshit bosses and enemies,with bullshit moves snd attacks,that play by bullshit rules of gameplay created only for them" is..well,bullshit. Oh,and the NG+ at lunch should be standard for any game with leveling up or character progresion,insted of wasting time with Photomodo or crap like that.
