In this video Kale goes through the more practical elements of paddling technique as a follow on from his last video (Paddle Your Surfboard Faster & Longer • Paddle Your Surfboard ... ) with special emphasis on how to break free of white water, where you should position the feet, and how to increase the probability of catching waves with a last minute movement of the upper body.
He also gives you a simple, inexpensive exercise to increase the banana shape of your back for those with more rounded thoracic spines.
