WOW...lots of work involved here...great job. Reminiscent of the 'head cheese' that you've made in the press (which was probably easier to assemble). Dipping sauce had quite the amount of sodium between the salt and the soy sauce...but, to each his own....And as always, great jackets....especially like the black one!
