Wow! Sample #2 absolutely full of gold! That's amazing. Nice find guys! I hope you are planning on mining a ton or two of that material. It would be awesome to see you process some of that high grade stuff 😁. Great video, as always. Thanks for sharing! 👍

I'm only 1:30 in and I'm starting to get excited. The Jasper and that first outcrop is a key sign that you're on to something good. That outcrop might be barren but it's definitely a lithocap. Some serious hydrothermal activity was going on at one point. I can't wait to see the goodies...
@MrPeabody675 жыл бұрын
Done the video. Very nice showing. I wonder if the mineralized host rock runs low grade gold over a large section.This showing is one of the better ones I've seen this season. Any idea on how big the zone of alteration is? I going to get around to adding you guys to my patreon. I'm learning alot from your videos. Thanks again. Cheers.
@911mining5 жыл бұрын
From what we can tell the alteration covers at least a couple hundred square meters. We had 3 days here planned but needed 20. Well be back

Was that rotten quartz quartz carbonate? We have hard hard quartz in New Hampshire. Agine thank you for pointing at the formation and holding the camera on it for a solid I.D Very helpful

Hey guys, awesome pieces as always, love it! Can you guys, possibly send me a few more specimens, I wanna use an test different continents from ore around the world, crushing video, I’ll pay for shipping if that’s a possibility! Let me know if that’s possible. I’ll for sure plug you and the area, and think 💭 it would be a great video! Thanks guys, if possible

What is the difference between that quartz vein and others that made this one have crystals? Is it just by chance that you found it or could certain rock type/fault zones/contact zones be a hint for there being crystals?
@mikedeveault34855 жыл бұрын
Nice find

Curious as to how much gold you would find , if you panned the soil at the bottom of the outcrop !
@911mining5 жыл бұрын
We had planned to do that until we found the Crystal's, we were on a time crunch so we ended up not having time.

Why do you use a mason's hammer instead of a geologist's rock pick? Going to buy a tool and would like some advice!
@911mining5 жыл бұрын
We find they work better, we have a lot of schist, Argillitic rocks, it's easier to seperate layers and the square flat head allows for less rock spray when hammering, we have both but hands down prefer masonry hammers, there also cheaper and we tend to lose a few.

Make some colloidal silver and feel better. I use it like air-borne / emergen-c if I'm starting to feel like I might come down with something. Great video as always!

So what is the significance of the crystals? Are they worth a lot of money? Do they indicate gold near by? Please explain.
@ZE0XE05 жыл бұрын
@@MT-rv3ec There's no real significance other than it just being kinda neat. Most orogenic gold deposited like this ends up with the crystals growing so much that they fill up the entire cavity, leaving no crystals left. Its cool that this one didnt.

@MrPeabody675 жыл бұрын
Fire assays are done in a lab. I think there are tutorials online, but there's a bit of math involved to get you grade per ton.

Check out this video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g4i9mXdqmMaVmpI The question I have is whether the alloy is designed or whether ii is from the smelting process in that they could not separate the gold, copper, and silver. Another question is how do you separate the three metals out from the ore.
