Just asked about the fees ‘ we are static owners but the site we are on has changed ownership and we are not happy with the way things are going there ,so 25 might be time for a change , we are retired and spend a lot of time abroad ( we have eu ) status I have never been to Skegness so don’t know the area but the lodge looks nice , we are in Spain now till March , but a deposit is possible to secure the lodge ..thank you bill

The site fees on this lodge are £3250 for the 12 month season, this includes your water and local authority rates too. On top of this as you are aware with being an owner you have your gas, electric and insurance. Nice caravan, looks really well laid out. That said, £70K for a secondhand caravan……. I’d be too concerned with what it will be worth in two years myself, horses for courses though.

Additionaly, if I'm on one of your parks can I travel to and fish others?. If not this may be a feature you should consider. A simple members card should cover it. ?

Thank you for your concern about other peoples investments into their lifestyle Jerry. A Holiday Home is an investment in to owners lifestyles a home from home to enjoy for retirement or weekends with the family away from a hectic life and this is their escape. Like cars though a lodge or caravan does depreciate but when a a lot of our customers go from spending money travelling abroad or £10000 (How to turn £10k into £0k in 2 weeks) cruises that they no longer enjoy then this they choose to do. Maybe look at videos of something that your interested and try and cheer up as it's a new year so let's have a positive start.
