It looks very nice but you don't state the ground rent. And how long can you can occupy out of the 12 month period. The energy costs and of course any hidden charges. For instance if someone wants to sell after purchase what are the sale conditions. I always enjoy the videos but of course buyer beware.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for the comment. The ground rent for this particular lodge is £3,200 for the full 12 months. This is a holiday park, so you are able to come and go as you please throughout the 12 months but are unable to live on-site. In terms of selling the lodge, there are multiple options, from selling back to the park or selling off-site, etc., this is something that we would happily help with should this arise. As for hidden charges, there are none. On this park, the owners would be responsible for gas, electricity, insurance and ground rent. There are of course optional extras that can be purchased for the lodge should the owner wish. I hope this answers all of your questions, and I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Kind regards Toni
