Good job, but you have missed the most problematic pivot on front Di2 derailleur. The upper pivot of the link between the servo and lower arm. This gets rusty and is the most common cause of front Di2 derailleurs.

That's only when bikes are sold. My 2 bikes in the UK are the other way round because that's the way they are in where one drives on the other side of the road. Given the number of times I've had to hit the brakes instinctively hard coz some toe rag has just pulled out in front of me or cut me off in the UK is not inconsiderable and I don't want to go head over the bars into whatever... I ride most of the year on the right hand side of the road so rear brake is on the right. I've had our local bike shop in the Isle of Man swap my wife's hydraulic brakes to the EU sides - no problem.

Excellent work, I have the same bike but all the wiring of the di2 is not as clean as on the bike you show. Could you tell where the junction(a) is on? Thank you

I found the channel through your vintage content, but watching you rehab this thoroughly modern weapon of a bike was also very enjoyable!

Lovely. The quality of the Ultegra rim brakes looks incredible. Love the little finishing touches like the cut vinyl patches! That's how I work on my own bike! Proper!

Incredible work as always! Is a 6 liter ultrasonic cleaner enough? I'm thinking of buying one and wondering if a 10 liter one is required... Greetings from Portugal!

I have a small 2 liter one and it works totally fine for cleaning chains and cassettes up to 11-36ish. I can't really do chainrings or 11-50 MTB cassettes; but I assume a 6 liter cleaner would be plenty - not sure what you'd need a 10 liter for if all you're cleaning is bike parts.

@@basilavenue7719 Thanks for the insights! My main worry is about the big chainring in my road bike and my 10-52 cassette

You can simply turn your cassette, if your a professional then 6L is great if not we used a 2L cleaner for many years 🧡

Your chain lock is incorrect at minute 15:55. The arrow is in the wrong direction. Other than that, great job and great video

Chain was installed backwards at the start of the video. Should be able to see the Shimano writing.
