Cool Thorn stuff. I need to learn more about that series. I know its crazy popular and is super important (for comic history). Also, I haven't heard of that Killing Crows Archie story line. Hi Kevin.. Thank you. My friend this is for usually prefers art to not be too cartoony so I think the cross hatching will help. The funny thing is it's getting painted w acrylics so I will end up having to touch up the ink some. I think if you see the vol 1 tpb of Bone for a few dollars it would be a nice pick up. It's a really fun lighted hearted story. The Archie cover was a nice little coincidence of a find as I wasn't really looking for it, but it found me. Haha have a really nice weekend .weather has beenterrific! I'm next vid will be showcasing your books. I had this one pre recorded

A Mr. Riggs ! 👋🏼 man what a great Kelley Jones Sandman cover and that Frank Miller sheesh forget about it!! That was a great story on not meeting your heroes in regards to that comic artist I’m glad you were able to separate the artist from his work on that and are able to enjoy him again. Is that framed artwork on the wall behind you a Mr. Riggs original? This was a great haul man I was able to relax with ya on this one thanks so much man take care 🙏🏽

Thank you, Jacob! Man, Yes that is some of my original art back there. Painted that for my dad a dozen or so years ago. Thank you. The Magazines were some of my favorites from the Haul. I'm looking for Frank Miller and Kelley Jones stuff that I have never seen before. I appreciate that.. yes I think I had to come the conclusion that artists are self made individuals and not innate business mam with public relation skills or any real desire to engage with their audience. Sometimes meeting a person that is comic book or KZbin famous, they may play it so cool that a fan might be left scratching their heads. But if we can enjoy their output in it's own right. Man, that's terrific this video gave you something to chill out to. Some people do not especially care for a channel putting out videos too often but I know I like it when channels i like drop extra content. Take care!

Dude you have been on roll...keep killing it man. That Frank Miller amazing heroes book is awesome nice score! The boondocks comic strips. I used to read that strip on sundays. So I know what you mean about having a little color in it. For some reason I don't remember that strip being in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette during the week, but it was always there on Sundays . Maybe it was during the week but I just can't remember.... The Batman movie adaptation. A true classic. Glad I put that in the Two from the Tomb.... Even damaged those are still some cool books man... Good stuff my friend. Have a killer weekend!

I couldn't deal w the way issues of that dried up so had to pick up the first decent priced nice copy I saw That is very cool brother. I've never really talked to anyone who remembered reading Boondocks in the newspapers. Yeah was fun while lasted. Haha ty for getting me on that batman adaptation Have a nice Sunday buddy! Happy B-Day indeed! Great stuff man! Love that Back Issue 151 of Sandman, never seen that before. The Brave and the Bold is one of my favorite DC cartoon series. It's action packed and involves peeps we usually don't get to see in cartoons. You can't mention SCUD without mentioning Wizard....they made sure all us kids knew SCUD was out there. Can't go wrong with a She Hulk Kaare Andrews cover, very nice. Loving your art work man, it's awesome. When you started talking and showing Z Tramp books, I was like .....man this is how our relationship started, talking about Dan and Z Tramp. Then you dropped my name and I was like Hell Yeah. Everytime I see a Z Tramp book I think of Gimme Dat Cigar Mr Rig, then I quickly return my thoughts to Z Tramp knockers. Cheers!

I think the section in wizard was called 'Palmers Picks' and that dude wouldn't leave us kids to the jim lee and Rob liefeld big boobies and booties comics from Jim Lee and J Scott of our youth. That dude palmer wanted us young Americans using our minds like proper comic readers. Now you and I probably own more indy than marvel and dc we came up when alternative rock mattered, independent film was the answer and indy comics asked the big questions but I was still buying wildcats and gen13 cuz voodoo and free fall were some fine young brunettes. Fuuuckk! I know brother them days when dan travels the country to Meermt us all and you interviewed him. Thar sparked the bond brother! Now we's like Frick and Frack, Heckyl and Jeckyl and and that's for real!

Hello Mr Rigamortis! I was referred here after watching Higgy’s videos. My channel is part of the Vinyl Collectors community but also collect and read comics. I’ve been trying to watch comic channels of guys who are avid readers of books not necessarily guys who collect to flip books or send all their books to CGC or whatever I love seeing guys just show and talk about the stuff they’re reading So far all the channels I’ve found are super great including yours! Those sketches are outstanding on that Hulk cover! Love your laid back vibe and I’ve subbed and will deep dive your vids! Great stuff! Peace 🖖👽

@cosmicvinyl2937 thanks man! I've been enjoying your channel alot too. You show the albums I would love to have of I has a record player. I got into Love when I became aware of forever changes and that was a gateway drug about 30 yrs ago to classic rock.. the initial rolling stones 500 greatest albums list was a little bit of a road map and after buying gems like moby grape, odyssey and oracle, disraeli gears and beggers banquet on cd I was very happy with how my collection was coming along. I still those alot and alot of other stuff along the way. Maybe albums that are less obvious and not as much entry level classics 101. Dor sure my man. No flipping here. I do have some graded books but those just kinda landed their way in my collection. I'm definitely a reader like the man higgypop. I love recording videos and incorporating music. I try to keep the audio clips brief or use live performances that sound fresh and are often not close enough to the album cuts to set off the algorithm. I hate the thought of ppl having to watch ads during my videos because I just had to include the opening chords to "bulls on parade" as a video entry haha I appreciate your taking the time. I subbed you up a little while ago but don't comment when I watch stuff off the Xbox in the living room. Keep it up. You add alot of personality to your community of tier lists and album rankings

I try to find all the psychedelic stuff and garage rock from back then The obscure stuff really trips my trigger! Thank you for subbing Cosmic Vinyl! When I worked beneath the marine cranes the sleeve cap kept the hardhat band from pressing into my forehead, kept my ears warm and sweat out from my eyes. Ty for getting the world used to seeing the look. I wear a big shirt but have a big numb skull so it's a good fit. Haha nice brother! The Boondocks was a spittake comic. Ppl would be eating their morning scramble, sipping their coffee and them they read something outrageous the boondocks kids'd say and it's coffee spittake time Brother my dream is to be the reader you are and do reviews like you did for Starman w stuff like Zot! I love to read but the idiot box jyst has my number. Dude I love some Doomsday! Sucha beast. Ty for supporting my what some would call comic blasphemy of doomsday on a Infinite Crisis cover. dope Frank miller Amazing Heroes book. wow you got the whole Zot run twice over, if i hadn't got such a big chunk of the run for free that one day i was going to get that big B & W edition. Hulk's back muscles looking pretty sweet on that blank cover. haven't tried reading any of the Kolchaka books to the Badger yet, hopefully she likes them. save me one of the miss-cut Zombie Tramps if you can, my son digs Mendoza, he don't give a fuk if some panels are cut off.
