Lots of times they put some figures on the pegs and keep the others in the back, they usually put out figures that you would imagine being slightly less popular. For example they would keep Omega and silver in the back and stock the pegs with sonic and tails, and when they start selling they put the others out. I remember wanting omega and they had him stored in the back. When I went on Tuesday, they had the movie pack and a knuckles plush that had a star bucks smashed milkshake cup on top of him. I then asked employees around for the 4 inch movie figures, most employees told me they did not have them and what ever they have out is what they have. I tried about 3 different employees, the fourth one I asked he was like "I don't think so but let me check in the back, he came out with knuckles and sonic and said that was all they had, so I bought them and those were the two I wanted most. He told me the others sold out, so my guess was they did the same, where they figured Sonic and knuckles would be more popular so they put out tails and robotic on the pegs so they can sell the less popular first then stock the popular ones.
