You are an “old soul” men used to wear centuries ago gowns to bed, since plumbing was scarce and their layered clothes had be be preserved because laundry was limited. Several sizes bigger is always a comfort zone. 😊

Lord you’re giving me too much credit. I try to fast and start eating around 12 and stop by 8. I do hot yoga probably a solid 5/6 times a week and walk a ton! I also try to get in a couple of HIIT/strength workouts in per week as well
