Bro you gave away the 4/0 lug secret lol. I used raptor liner on the negatives but i saw your idea and thought that was a great idea too as long as someone didn't use the shrink with glue inside. I went and bought two more lol for the new amp. I currently have 8 but using 6, 2 of which go to the Sparks innovations conductor. I could technically steal those two but just ordered two more. You can't beat em for the price no doubt. I need 4 for the new amp, H-K08 Hooligan and I thought after watching your video...I better grab two more.. others are catching on and finding them too now lol. I'm also using 4/0 but welder cable. I had about 40 ft black and red, and even more than that of 2/0, as well as 20ft each 4 guage. However, I snagged it all 4-6 years ago thinking ahead....so I got it way way cheaper than today's prices!! I can't even imagine what that is in today's prices. Probably wouldn't be using 4/0 welder cable lol

Cool , i did a 6th order a couple of summers ago in 2008, eqilnox. It was my first 6th order. Took me 3 months working alone, like you. All lithium batteries, high amp alt, ofc wires , an had a taramp pro dsp. , 6 computer fans with temp. Sensors . Super excited to see your an how it turns out mine was fun.

Fuses at the batterys? If that wire rubs through on that sheet metal under the bed that truck is gone . Im loving the build series and everything is coming out great! Can't wait to here it play!

i would remove those reducers and just run 1/0 or 2/0 3 -1/0 runs is good enough for this amp bro dont risk it with those reducers they are still making contact

Serious question though, I’ve never heard of fusing grounds. Is it necessary? If so please explain. Thank you for the content.

@@ItsjustDonnieoffical no it’s not. I’m just OCD. I didn’t end up fusing them. I was just thinking of doing it for athletics and to use as a distributor block, I ended up just grounding straight to the lithium bank.

Why run grounds from front to back? Isnt it the same if you grounded the battery bank in the back to the frame?

I bought the same ill custom reducers and it didn't fit as well. I just used a grinder as someone else said in the comments. But it is kinda annoying because it doesn't fit

What model SMD meter is that with the clip light at around 33 minutes into the video

Smd OM-1 it's a voltage meter you set it at voltage you want it to light. Need oscilloscope or smd distortion detector. To know when amp clips & adjust meter to it

Get a quieter fan and buy some reducers that fit....sticking a few strands in a ferrule is not the same thing.
