I've been looking a Kubo for a while. I can share a little comparison I did with Nico Williams if you like Sean. Very similar players. I prefer Kubo for the RW.

For Stuggart, Ito was rarely involved in attacking sequences and instead orchestrated from deeper areas as a hybrid presence on the left. Ito is known for not taking chances or for marauding forward in an inverted full back role. This is not a trait that best fits Ange ball

There is no way Romero goes anywhere and Daniel won’t flinch in that at all. I think it’s more likely he gets a short extension and pay rise. The only link I’m vested in is Eze. I’d look forward to seeing him next season in Lilywhite… all the rest of it I’m certain the club has targets and the Micky VdV and Vicário signings tells us it doesn’t matter if they are marquee names or not. I didn't take umbridge yesterday Sean, Ito would have been a great solution for our transfer plans, but now we move on. I had built up expectation that we were one of few clubs who could do business early and there were more clubs who had to sell early so its generally disappointing not to be further ahead. Part of the Paratici influence is the number of players we are linked to compared to the number we will actually buy. That adds to a sense of expectation and disappointment as some of those names are linked elsewhere and eventually start moving on. It's hard to know if we were ever really interested and trying.

One of the channels best qualities is your easy going manner. I was right about Ghallager. He was never coming. Abraham is a decent striker, with only minor PL experience but hes not a heavy weight striker. Can only see him giving us something different to Richi. Not being better. I think better suited to abroad but given the situation with whats available and if he adds +1 to homegrown tally - then hes worth consideration as a stopgap and possibly as an understudy if we sell Richi in 2025+. Perhaps if we dont get the one we want and need this summer, we can get one next summer instead. But he wouldnt be my first choice. Also skipp to stay as a fringe player to ensure homegrown quota.

The perfect window would be well (if we sign quality players lol): Vanderson, Ederson, Eze, Bakayoko, Cambiaso (LB), Isak (never gonna happen lol but I wish) and that would be a quality of a window plus we sold or released all of our deadwood pretty much. Apparently, we might make a record breaking bid for Isak according to some reports, not sure if it’s true though.

If we spend big at 6, 10 or 7, then Tammy for £25m makes more sense. I think the timing of when we sign who makes a difference. Had we spent big b4 signing timo, there wouldn’t have been such a groan from the fanbase, for example. I think Tammy would get the same groan if we sign him before someone big (eze, kubo, etc)

How much weight should that business be given? I don't know but I am not aware that he has been formally charged with anything in either Iceland or Italy and the rumour mill says that both Inter and Juve are interested in signing him.
