My son is 4 and I register him for Pre-k, I think it'll be good for him. He can learn to Interact with other kids, he is doing online for the first 9 weeks but I still think it'll help him in the long run. If you do decide to wait I suggest you get books and teach him yourself at least the basics, that's what I started doing for my son a couple months back so he at least knows basics, learning to write, etc.. A question I have is why dont you move in with your parents till you actually have a plan, itll save you money and you can focus without having so much stress put on you, moving every 6 months would be a hassles and a lot of money.

As a prek teacher, it is so worth it. You 100% can tell the difference from a teachers perspective. Many of my students are able to read and write at the end of prek not to mention the social skills gained that are way more important. Also why don’t you just rent a uhaul truck to move your stuff? You pay by the day or hour, usually affordable. You will save your self having to buy “new” stuff every time. Also why not move somewhere that is considerably close to your school? Doesn’t make sense to move far for 6 months then come back

It sounds like the best thing to do is to find an apartment closer to your campus and instead of leaving your furniture, why don't you just rent a u-haul? If you're too scared to drive the u-haul yourself, you can have your dad drive it for you. I have a small car too, so when I moved out I just rented a huge van from u-haul and used it to move all my furniture but I had my husband drive it because I'm scared of driving a car that big.

Take advantage of the opportunity you have to be a better you!! Put Levi in school, it helps children build social and communication skills. I did preschool for my first born, and not my second. There is a huge difference! I would recommend preschool. They’re two years apart, and it was too early to tell what kind of impact preschool would have on them. I just had a more difficult time with my daughter entering kindergarten, who was not in preschool vs my son.

I don’t think you should move at the moment. Wait until your semester ends and then think about moving. You want to move somewhere far from your campus for only 6 months.... that seems a bit unnecessary. Finish your semester and then think about moving somewhere else, especially moving long term. I see a lot of comments suggest reaching out to your parents and/or moving back in, and that’s a great idea (if thats okay with you) parents are there to help.

I'm in the process of looking to buy a home and already have to give notice if im staying or going even though i haven't found anything yet. they don't care. it's all about the money to them.

Not sure why your moving but I’m sure it’s for a good reason when you move just make sure you clean up really well and take video and picture evidence of how you left the place. You could get your deposit and not have people accusing you not saying it will happen but I know many people who’ve been cheated from their deposits and apartments even wanted to charge them for damages etc just be careful. I would say if you lost your phone go with a cheaper service to get a phone because not having a phone isn’t great especially now a days everything is over the phone. Glad you were able to buy your new cable . You could call the bank and have them send a replacement or go to bank some give you a new card from their location. Levi is hilarious when you were happy he’s like nope I wasn’t singing 😂😂🤣. I would try and find a month to month lease is possible since your planning on moving twice perhaps. You should either rent a small storage put all your bulky furniture for a month or two until you decide if your selling them and rebuying or see if someone could save them for you . Definitely rent a Uhaul they’re not expensive I used to work in one just don’t rent it on Friday or Saturday those are the most expensive days for mileage charges. It’s ok to have those days believe me it’s not easy especially not now with all this craziness in the world. Keep your head up your doing great and Levi is such a handsome little boy. Just remember kids sense your not ok and he will absorb your feelings if you need to relax do a play date at the park and just breath things will get better. I’m also dealing with potentially moving somewhere bigger. Wish you the best of luck ❤️

Pre-k is very good the child is able to further develop their language and social/ emotional skills. They get into the routine of school. It’s a productive way for them to spend their day. And they are able to learn a lot and start kinder with a head start. Very good for the child I am a stronger supporter of pre-k

I think it’s ok if your son does not go to school right now but make sure that you are training his mind and developing his brain bc uts important that he is learning new things and stuff. The younger years are when children learn and their cognitions are most susceptible. So try reading to him or teaching him simple math whatever u find most useful bc it’s important for him

Pre-K is worth it! This is coming from a public school pre-K teacher 😊 see if your school district where you live has a pre-K option. The school district I teach pre-K in has a program for low income and at risk students who otherwise couldn’t afford pre-K.

I put my son in pre-k and it’s really just to prepare him for when he actually starts school with a lot of kids just my opinion and Levi is really smart and very quiet so I know he will do good. And also it helps him adjust from separation from you.

If I were you I would just not move. It’s best to make sure Levi has a stable environment especially during this age where he should be going to school. But what I recommend is to check your schedule to try to get all the classes as close together around the same days so you don’t have to do a lot of driving back and forth. If my baby’s dad wasn’t in the picture the best thing to do is go and live with my parents until I finish school and then save as much money as possible so I could move out. If you absolutely have to move, you have to find a place and have it secured before you put your notice in. It will take a huge stress off your shoulder. Definitely rent a Uhaul truck and have your family help because it’s way cheaper in the long run. And please make sure you get a cheaper phone and get your bank situation fixed as soon as possible because Fafsa is a huge help when it comes to college. Don’t be afraid to ask for help girl all this stress isn’t good. Either way I admire your determination in achieving your goals! You definitely got this💪

If the cons to move are higher than the pros why would you move? And if you want to move it'll probably be better if you move near your school just so that you wont have to think about moving again, gas money etc and wasting more money for furniture etc and for pre k levi will be 5 in october right its just a month away after September its better if levi goes to pre k that way he can build up his social skills etc and from the looks of it he's extremely intelligent he'll pick up a lot if not he would probably be left behind and since he's always with you it'll be harder for him to socialize later its better you start him early. Just an opinion tho i can see you're having a hard time now, still we're here to support you don't give up!
