Thanks for the shoutout! I'll be releasing another version with Nash Knight. You can rank up Nash Knight into a 2nd Dark Knight Lancer using the Armored Xyz trap. Dark Knight is a soft once per turn, so you can suck up 1 monster with Nash, rank it up, and then suck up another 2 monsters with Dark Knight for a total of 3 sucks in one turn.

Sam it’s a Remora not a shark that’s why it’s not called “shark” anything the reason they were created in the shark archetype is because Remoras assist sharks by cleaning off parasites and other small debris from a shark (also Right Hand only works if the XYZ monster is made with it not attached)

While they're not meta anymore, I'd love to see what someone with an extensive background in YGO could do with them now. (I'm running a main Spright engine deck with Melffy, Nimble, and Frog packages. Doesn't help that I'm still learning the possibilities with a deck while the majority of rank is running meta decks with flowcharts on their laptops or another monitor -_- That aside, I'd love to see it, man!!)

A Remora is the fish you usually see attached to sharks and other large marine animals. It has oval suckers ontop of its head that it attaches with. I assume that's what the holes are on the top of that "hammerhead" remora.

I do run like 2 remora. But I also found the left and right hand sharks as well as double fin shark to be pretty decent. I also play a double summon since quite a few have effects of normal summon.

1:45 Dark knight lancer would make XYZ import into a broken staple given it could be added from graveyard to hand once per turn. Imagine every turn adding the out to Zeus or redoer or other troublesome XYZ monsters to your hand as you need it. 😳 Yikes 😳 the more you use the XYZ spells the quicker they can come back with this card especially with rank ups, alternative summoning conditions and the normal spell overlay regen.

I wouldnt say the full armors in of themselves are shark cards but rather just have very good cohesion with sharks like toad did.

They technically are. One is Fortress Shark with Armor on, and the other is submersible carrier Aero Shark with Armor. They all have their Shark designs with the fins and everything. Shark Kastle was also the one that used the Armor Xyz spell and trap in the anime.

Honestly, for rank format, since it's BO1, I HIGHLY recommend removing UDF package for Nash package. It makes going second less painful since u have the option of sucking twice(potentially thrice if crash) in that line. Most of the time, going first your strongest boss card isnt the lancer but stealth kragen. This deck is pretty mid-range, so starting the burn is pretty good, and changing cards to water is pretty sick in current meta.
