No batch I have done since has properly achieved this, as they stay cloudy longer and end up tasting yeasty. The only thing I can think, is that my first batch was prepared in my backyard when I was still up in the middle of the mountain woods, and I got a wild yeast strain in it. Unfortunately, if that’s the case, I’m SOL.
