When i was at school, they would put down sawdust AFTER someone was sick. In Blackpool they put it down in preparation for what they know is coming lol

Goodness the days of me doing pub crawls and noisy bars and clubs are long over. As a fifty something I feel like an old age pensioner watching this, all those young ladies and fit young lads. For me now it’s peace and quite of the countryside or on the beach. Nice filmed however Stephen 😉👍

Same here @David NM The hedonistic days of mental nights out are in the history books now. We used to do a sub crawl in Glasgow. I struggle to even get up the stairs at some of the stations now. To be fair, I did back then too, But only because we were legless!

Costa Coffee (Church St), E-Scooter (Talbot Road), Creams Gelato (Bank Hey St) and Blackpool Council Building (Market St) were ALL putting up boards on their broken windows on the Saturday or Sunday as we passed, and that's just he ones we saw ???

was celebrating the work farmers do and i watch media programmes that SOME not all it appears that Young farmers do and carry on the family farming despite the problems with the current climate that farmers are facing re Have i worked!!i have worked all my life from being 16 working outside in the construction industry and am now set to retire soon so i know what work is in all weathers and all hours believe me!!!

I used to live in Blackpool and left when i joined the Air Force, I went back to visit parents after taking part in the Falklands and was delighted to find that entrance to all the nightclubs was free if you showed your ID card as a thank you. The bouncers kept buying us drinks all night... Happy days in Sands nightclub!

Rural groups that run weekly meetings and competitions for all things: cookery, arts and crafts, stock showing, sports. It’s always been annual tradition that all the clubs round the country meet up in Blackpool for the weekend and give it large. Ya don’t have a be a farmer to be a young farmer.

I nipped into blackpool this afternoon, and i havent seen it as crowded, and didnt know about the young farmers, it was packed everywhere, i assume they come from all over the uk ? Feel sorry for the police and ambulance hospitals that have to deal with the fallout, and hope there are no genuine cases that get overlooked because of stretched resources. The trams were rammed also with people, standing room only, the mentality of it all is insane !!

I would be terrified walking along these streets sober so I salute you. I am from Glasgow so it is just as mad here as it is in Blackpool, I take the subway to a gig at O2 Academy on the weekend and everybody is off their tents, and it isn't even 8pm.
