Hugh is a nice guy. He seems at ease here bantering with the host. Nice to see that instead of tense and ugly questions. This was relaxed and refreshing.

I rate Hugh's performance in English Scandal as one of his very best alongside Music and Lyrics and Cloud Atlas in which he was truly superb. He lives next door to a mate of mine and when I go to my mate's place I was always hoping to bump into Hugh to have a little chat. It hasn't happened so far.

Well said, Yvonne. I'm the mug of milk that was already off BEFORE it was put in the Sun, and has now become an alien. Mr. Grant, however, is most definitely a fine vintage, from a gene pool that just gets more dashing and handsome with time. One small note, however...what is the dealeeo with his shirt? It looks like he spilled something on his own shirt and had to borrow one from a staffer. Is it just me, or does that shirt not look like it doesn't fit properly? . Very un-Hugh like. Still...very easy on the eyes.

I hate this argument with every fiber of my being. It's old and tired and just plain idiotic. The US (and not even just the US) has a different word for a sport....a sport. A sport that will be played the exact same way no matter what you call it and whose difference in name has absolutely no bearing on anyone's life. Why can't people seem to live with that?? We also have different spelling and words for what we call flashlights, parking lots, elevators, etc. Being a cliche, obnoxious snob who screams "it's football, not soccer!" just shows a complete lack of cultural awareness.

1:134 England could have taken full advantage of Germany's early exit, plus the Netherlands' and Italy's total absence and Spain, Portugal, Brazil and Argentina being knocked out to go on and win the trophy. Instead, they gave an absolutely pathetic performance losing the semi-final to Croatia (Croatia!). Then they even lost the 3rd place play-off. In the final, France showed everybody how easy it was to beat Croatia.

Still haven't won it I finally got around to watching A Very English Scandal, Hugh Grant gets better as he gets older. However, Hugh got one thing wrong, politicians are very well paid, especially MPs.

Younger Hugh I didn't really care for... well except in Maurice and Bridget Jones's, But I much like this Hugh 😍 Hugh is brilliant in A Very English Scandal. Him and Ben Wishaw were both brilliant. Brilliant interview by Seth and he and his team did their research well.

Thorpe just asked a friend who got an acquaintance to do it. He'd never done one before and the gun jammed after he shot the dog.

I love how weirdly interesting some U.K. television shows are. I was completely fascinated by this series and I normally don't find it easy to relate to or be interested these types of relationships. I felt so bad for Norman. I just wanted to hug him and get him his f***king NATIONAL INSURANCE CARD! That's all he wanted damn you!😂😂😂

He could have just applied for another one. In those days insurance cards only lasted about a year anyway. You filled them with stamps and sent them into the National Insurance Office to be put on your NI record. He would have lost a year's worth of stamps at most. Even if he didn't know his national insurance number, he could have requested it again if he sent in his personal details. He could even have paid voluntary contributions for that period or complained to a NI office who would have sent an NI inspector to his employer to investigate. It's like he was weirdly fixated over it, at the same time as being very impractical. Perhaps there was some other aspect that bothered him about it, but I've never seen an explanation.
