I can't believe only one other person noticed the short scream at 1:16. Well, one other viewer. If you watch, you see Hugh turn around in response as well. The comment about his kid being a typical New Yorker, running in the street and shouting is mad. She's a little girl with three friends who have all just "escaped" from school. It's called "playing"! The family and I'm guessing there's at least one other parent, plus the papps (and probably at least one inconspicuous bodyguard) make sure they don't wander too far or out into the street.
