Cheers Nick! I've been using the Switchblade for a few years now, I love it. Tempted to go for the Triamp next, when funds allow....But also want a Tubemeister 36 lol. Decisions, decisions... As for the Corona 70 - I just couldn't resist getting one.

Hi- no its excellent at low volumes too - you can drive the channel volume hard then turn down the master. Ive used it for both gigging and teaching and it always performs well.

very interested in knowing more about having pedals on all the time but only being used when the patch is engaged. How does that work please? I'm interested in getting the head version of this

Hey bud. I own one. The fx loop is programmable for each patch to be switched on or off. Therefore, if you have effects in the loop, leave them on and hit the effects loop button in the back, dial your tone and save. That patch will have whatever pedals engaged integrated in the sound. Next patch you dial, if you dont want effects, dial in the tone and turn off the fx loop button. So it only works for pedals in the loop, not the front of the amp. Gavin said overdrive, which is not the best example for this amp feature, of course when the camera is rolling its like any other performance Message me directly if youd like. I love this amp. Is it possible to have a patch with say, chorus, then turn off the chorus on the fly?

Nick Thorne Although you can't turn off the chorus on an individual patch its an absolute doddle to set up one patch with chorus on, and the next patch exactly the same with the chorus off. Still only one button push to get between them.

Nick Thorne I'd go with this one if you're still torn. Reason being that on a larger gig you can simply place a mic in front of it if it's needed. And considering this amp has a lot more functionality than a TM18 does, it's kind of a no-brainer in my opinion.

The big problem with This AMP is when you use the switch A B C D, you have a Little sound Cut. It's impossible to goes between switchs without the sound Cut. 🤦 And the problem in This video is that the Guy stop to Play when he change the switch.
