Homebuilt design using a gearbox from an electric drill to reduce the motor to 'flapping speed'. Based largely on Slow Hawk 4 design by Sean Kinkade.

I have a Slow Parrot from about 2004 which I'm going to get flying again. It was great once launched but the first few seconds of flight were always "interesting" as it was very pitch sensitive. On one occasion it went up nearly vertically, tucked and dived beak-first into the gap between me and the transmitter leaving it held by the transmitter strap and flailing me in the face until I thought to throttle back.

Can you make a very aggressively powerful one that flies very fast and far with that same wing span?
