Hi Dom, thanks for contacting me. Yes, the license is for 1 year from the beginning of the course. Foundry also offers the option to extend the student license for 2 more years (at an extra cost of £250 per year including VAT). Regarding the course, everything is going well. Our teachers are working from home and in good health. I can assure you that the course will be released on schedule and the recording of the last classes is going well. Hi, thanks for watching. I would recommend picking the cheapest pledge of £500 and upgrading later on. You could get the 30 free Nuke License that Foundry announced just today. They have reset all trials so you could get 30 days free from them when the course starts next month. Then you can buy just the student license after 30 days and then after watching the basic course (around 80 classes) you could upgrade to the full course. So this way you can spread out your costs. ​@@kkramlogan The Non-Commercial version will work for the majority of the course. Only the more advance classes at the end of the course will need a full student license. As I mention Foundry has reset all 30-day trials because of the Virus and because people are home. So you can install the full license for 30 days for free when you get to the advance section of the course. Hope this helped

iḿ confused. i am workin on linux, so i mapped my wacom so the lower button it is middle click and the upper button it is rigth click, inverse to what you explain on mac OS. and it works as you say. so , Linux is inverse or it is something wron with my wacom driver?

@@HugosDesk an i5 with 32g of ram ddr3, gtx660 and 1T HD sata... I were a student for the last 4yrs now I work as an editor and have some stability I hope soon I will be able to upgrade at least a little. My school were not eligible for the student version of Nuke 😔 so I watch all I can and make some shot with my green screen and my cats to practice later
