I think since David would never really hurt anyone as himself and since it’s technically him as the hulk he’s the same as the hulk he wouldn’t hurt anyone either but if things were different had David been a mean violent individual and didn’t care whom he hurt then then when he became the hulk then there would be some hurt people. This is just my opinion.

Spoiler to those who haven't seen The Incredible Hulk series. Banner was knockout by Colt and two others with the plan to kill Henry(Rocky). Because in Henry's water bottle, there was a drug inside that was not suitable for anyone with High Blood Pressure. Throughout Henry's physical exertion, it was killing him. Please watch the series.

Lou looked awesome in the early episodes. For this episode, he was close to 300 pounds of muscle, and it showed. Later episodes he was slimed down because he couldn't work out while he was in makeup. He'd smear the makeup.
