I’m surprised the nurses didn’t see how disoriented he was and think, “Did someone Drug him?” And tried to help. I mean, if I were a nurse and I see a guy who’s disoriented, green or not, I’d get him checked in and see what’s going on.

Well, that's the thing. Even though we see Lou Ferrigno painted green I think the Hulk actually looks much more terrifying than that to the people that see him. And he is bigger than Lou - they actually make him look a bit bigger in one episode where Lou plays a double role.

If I were Banner, I wouldn't have moved until the effects of the morphine shot wore off. That way he'd've had the cobwebs cleaned out to the point he could function normally again.
