Think would be elevate him a lot more if he finally ended saying he was not going to fight for Aces & 8s or Hogan, but he is going to fight for "The Real TNA" that was build around the X division and on his own terms, I think it would give him a major push. But that's just my personal opinion, it would let him be figure of taking TNA more back to the core of what made TNA special, the X division and the 6 sided ring.

While I agree with some it, I think some what TNA is doing with AJ is smart, the fact that its being spin this way at least has you being engage, having focus on AJ styles. What would make this fall flat is if this does not lead to anything for AJ styles, having him join Aces & 8s would be absolutely worst decision, as it would keep him stuck where he was before. Think what needs to happen is him joining neither but doing his own thing, it will open more directions and options for pushing him.
