The hulk was created from the power of the one bellow all which is basically the devil making him capable of coming back to life each time he's killed as long there is a part of him to come back from meaning he can't be killed unless someone wiped him out of existence completely. And multiple versions of the hulk are capable of surviving in space for long periods of time or like the immortal hulk just capable of surviving space without trouble. And the reason the hulk was able to punch broly into another planet was likely because he used both the shockwave from the explosion of the planet and he probably super jumped off of a large piece of the debris.

Every version of The Hulk has an incredible healing factor. One that gives wolverine's a run for its money. The Immortal Hulk has his soul, and power, tied to the one below all. There is an instances in the comics where Immortal Hulk has regenerated from having all his body parts removed and put into separate jars of embalming fluid.

They're using the Immortal Hulk. Immortal Hulk has the standard World Breaker Hulk strength and has an even more ridiculous healing factor. To put it simply why Hulk lost, it was because Broly's power in LSSJ is way higher than the World Breaker. And the only way Broly could kill Hulk is by completely annihilating him, it's the only option Broly had to be able to bypass Immortal Hulk's immortality.

Hulk is basically doomsday from DC. Whenever he dies his soul comes back and heals him from whatever killed him. In marvel, gamma radiation is derived from hell and is connected to hulk via satan the only way to keep hulk dead is to completely destroy his body which is what happens in most dbz fights. Especially back in the 60’s, Hulk was destroying infinitely sized dimensions, tanking reality repelling blasts, and shaking/crumbling universes with his blows. I'll explain real quick in the simplest way possible, comics..... In hulk's comics he is able to be completely cut into pieces and still be able to pull all the pieces back together, and in the comics world breaker hulk can take a step on a planet and completely shake it's tectonic plates, so imagine what would happen if he hit one full force, that's basically the sum of how hulk kept up with broly for so long before he was overwhelmed and his healing factor couldn't repair fast enough to keep fighting
