Per molti non è comprensibile l'emozione che provano questi atleti nel momento della loro classificazione. Incredible video, Hulktube Motivation. I'm looking forward to seeing your next upload. I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! Flex Wheeler's journey is truly inspiring. How do you think his story has influenced the current generation of bodybuilders in terms of mental resilience and overcoming personal challenges?
@HulktubeMotivationАй бұрын
Hey first of all thanks for the support redbeard, So Flex Wheeler’s story is just incredible... he survived a car accident, fought kidney disease and still competed, came back at 52, and even kept inspiring people after losing a leg. That’s not easy for anyone, and it’s a huge inspiration, not just for bodybuilders but for anyone dealing with tough times. For so many bodybuilders today, Flex Wheeler’s story is a powerful reminder that mental strength matters just as much as physical power. Imagine surviving over 40 surgeries, alot can't do that. His journey pushes athletes to not just chase the perfect physique but to build the mental toughness to tackle injuries, setbacks, and personal struggles. Flex shows us that success isn’t just about winning trophies, He didn't win Mr. O but still a champ.. it’s about enduring life’s toughest blows and coming back stronger every time.

Can some one explain why the seemingly fit individuals suffer from diseases of the kidney, heart and hypertension. I thought fitness cancels disease. I need some guidance on this.
@DaFaak25 күн бұрын
Just my two cents based on my studies over the years. All those diseases you mentioned are connected. They are all diseases derived from an individuals “Overall” lifestyle. Yes working out helps in the process of lessening the potential to develop these ailments however having a balanced diet alongside a regular cardio routine alongside strength training is also key. Most bodybuilders are in “outer” shape but in order to develop those types of physiques they are pushing the body beyond what’s normal (eating 6 meals a day, using body enhancers, etc) and therefore end up on the other side of the spectrum, just opposite of individuals that suffer the same ailments but carry extreme body fat. Either extreme (bodybuilding or overweight) end up suffering from the same diseases due to overloading the body and causing the organs to breakdown making the body susceptible to an array of diseases. But that’s just me talking, the hell do I really know 🤷🏾♂️✌🏾

Yeah but he was already gifted those genetics. Steroids enhanced what he already had. Look at his teen photos and look how cute he was compared to the other buff teens around him. Men that look somewhat jacked but mostly bloated also take steroids too because their genetics are god awful to begin with. Steroids can't make you better than a GIFTED athlete, it can only help you reach YOUR potential faster. That's all.
