No!!! There was nothing like friendship between SPB and Lata Mangesker. The same is true in case of her sisters. Just pure respect for each others! Actually, he was like a second generation singer for her with a huge age difference, from 15 to 20 years probably. She sang maximum songs with either Kishore Kumar or Md. Raffi, who were the same age group. Above all, she preferred to remain unmarried and single throughout her life!!!
