One more question if you do not mind or anyone can answer. This milk mixture she has made, does it have to be cooled slightly or it can be put hot on top of the jelly. Because I am afraid to keep the milk mixture to cool much as it has gelatine in it and it might set before using, please someone tell me or Huma time permitting please answer my Qs, thanks a million
