Feeling in my purpose as I share this first moment of making music with my handpan in Costa Rica 🌿🌎🇨🇷✨
I believe our purpose as human beings is to be here - in harmony with each other, our selves, and our planet; and that self-expression and all that we create is an extension of this intrinsic purpose.
These days, purpose can be so easily confused with productivity. When we are valued based on our efficiency and our output, our true nature becomes distorted. My intake and output are the bi-products of my simply being. The more present I am in each moment, the more consciously I consume, the more aligned I become to the nature of the precious world around me.
So if you ever lose sight, remember that we are not human-doings but human-beings. You are full of worth and purpose, simply by your nature 🤍
