@@DANsRPathetic My previous response didn't post, so YT may have restricted it because I said you could find all the detail on Ryan Bledsoe's social media page that rhymes with "minced-a-ham." Haha. Basically, Shawn interviewed Chris Bledsoe last year (you might recall Colonel John Alexander mentioned him during his interview with Shawn). The interview was supposed to air last fall, then Shawn said it was pushed back to January 23rd. Now he's decided not to air it at all -- likely due to external influence that want the conversation around UAPs to remain fear-based.

Gary Brecka's top tips shared on the Shawn Ryan Show (with timestamps) 1) Supplements 1) Methylated Multivitamins (2:00) 2) EPA DHA Fish Oil or Omega Fatty Acid (2:40) 3) Mineral salt with all the trace minerals (3:08) 4) Amino acids supplement (5:08) 5) 5000 IUs of Vitamin D3 with 80 mcgs of K2 (8:25) 2) Sleep (9:24) 3) Whole Food Diet (15:15) 4) Good water (no more tap water) (15:58) Key supplement details: - Gary uses 'Baja Gold' brand sea salt, pinch of salt in 8-10 oz of water in the morning. - Gary uses 'Perfect aminos' brand essential amino acid supplement. - All protein breaks down and becomes amino acids. There are 8 essential amino acids. If you're deficient in 1 of them, the body converts the other 7 into sugar or to fat. Most of us aren't protein deficient, we are amino acid deficient. He says most of us overeat because we are deficient in nutrients. - There are essential fatty acids and essential amino acids, but no essential carbohydrates. - "If you don't have the basics, nothing else matters." (8:37) Key sleep details: - "...again, if you're not sleeping, sort of nothing else matters. (9:41) - Gary suggests having a routine to go to sleep and a routine to wake up. - Consistency in bedtime, sleeping in a dark room, not eating 2 hours before bedtime (blood that should be in your brain is diverted to your gut) and decrease the temperature 2, 3, 4 degrees. - If your mind chatters about random things when you're trying to sleep, try a contrast shower (12:08) of as hot as you can stand it on the back of your head and your spine and down your back, and then take a cold shower for 1 minute. Then dry off and climb back in bed. This will break the cycle of Catecholamines, which are neurotransmitters that accumulate in the brain and cause an awakened state. This creates a break between your day and getting into bed and it trains your body that when these things happen, this is when we go to bed and when these other things happen, this is when we wake up. - Gary does breathwork first thing in the morning (13:18). He goes outside, lets cold air hit his skin, faces the sun, and does a few rounds of breath work. He does this within 30 minutes of waking. "If you can get consistent with bed times, you will see your productivity, your short term recall, your focus, your concentration, your waking energy, all of these things will skyrocket." (14:39) Good water details: - A 2023 report by National Toxicology Program found correlation with the higher the fluoride, the lower the IQ (17:10). - If you go all day without drinking water and your body doesn't remind you, it's likely because you're so clinically dehydrated that your body has shut off the satiation for thirst (18:19). Turn it back on by taking 1/4 tsp of Baja Gold or Celtic salt in 10 oz of water for 4 days.

Thank you Shawn , I'm one of the lucky ones . My family emigrated from Germany to Australia . We were poor and couldn't afford to live in or near a city . So right from the start we drank tank water . Water collected from the roof when it rained . I still prefer tank water . I'm 74 now and my grandchildren remark , on how much better my tank water tastes in comparison to the chlorinated city water from where they live . Somehow every one of your shows reminds me of how lucky my life has been . Keep up the great work please .

Body fat has nearly disappeared; including subcutaneous and visceral fat. I still have a little pudge around my love handles but the difference is insane. I've documented before and after via photos. I was 53 when I started, now 54. Weight control was always a problem for me. Id lose weight on typical low fat/low calorie diet and felt like death. Now I eat as much as I want, no starving, no constant hunger issues. My cholesterol was always high prior to starting carnivore, no matter what I did. Now, cholesterol is still high but not as high as standard American diet. Do a deep dive on the actual science about cholesterol, it will surprise you what's really going on. Peace

Huberman said Celtic Sea Salt is horrible, such high levels of microplastics (because of the ocean) that if you saw it under a microscope it would make you sick. But then he never showed the picture so we just have to take his word for it. Himalyan Salt has high levels of lead & heavy metals. Redmond Salt is supposedly clean, but only has around 60 minerals instead of the 90+. What I'd like to see are youtuber actually proving this stuff instead of just saying it...

Yes I think he’s saying the little honey spoons they make for jars of honey are wooden because of the long term interaction with the enzymes in honey. You wouldn’t store it with a metal spoon for the same reason you said you wouldn’t store it in a metal container.
@daninatia
@daninatia 8 күн бұрын
While you can technically use a metal spoon to scoop honey, it's generally recommended to avoid leaving a metal spoon in your honey jar for extended periods of time because honey's slight acidity can react with certain metals, potentially altering its taste and quality over time; using a wooden or plastic spoon is considered best practice to preserve the honey's integrity. Metals like copper and iron react with the acids in honey to produce salts. This process kills off useful enzymes. The purpose of making it with wood over metal and plastic is because both metal and plastic will degrade slightly while in the honey, this degrade causes either a metallic taste and off coloration to the honey in the case of metal. Source: tons of Google articles.

The sea salt should be absorbed directly on the tongue a couple minutes before the water goes in. Do not put your salt in water. This is a mistake. Also he said what should be taken, but did not qualify what should not be taken. Many bottled water sources add sodium flourosis to their water. We have to be extremely knowledgeable about the different waters out there. Most fish oils are extremely toxic with things like mercury and lead. You have to make sure that you are getting a pure source. The number 1 thing that is causing all disease and sickness is refined sugars and carbs. They destroy the cholesterol in the blood and create blood blockages in the arteries. If there are no refined things in the body, high cholesterol will regenerate the cells and create a long life span.

😮 Add a few grains of Himalayan, Pink , or Redmond sea salt to every Glass of Filtered Water you drink during the day. You mineraliz yourself Slowly all day. All at once is overload and much is lost within a few hours! I like Redmond's Sea Salt as it is mined in America(Utah) without Additives and Food Coloring that are some times found in Imported Sea. Also, regarding the methylated vitamins. It really is very good for you but dependent upon your gene mutations for example your MTHFR depending upon the type of your MTHFR gene mutation you may not want to immediately take methylated vitamins. So I think that he's right in saying it should be done at the root level down in the ground the soil but that soil needs to be tested for individualized supplementation and deficiencies there should be no standardized or generalized groupthink suggestions

8:25 Where he says to supplement with 5,000 ius of vitamin D3, please use caution. If you take too much D3, you'll develop hypercalcemia. For me, this means intractable migraines and fibromyalgia pain combined with brain fog and low mood. I take Thorne's liquid D3/K2 combo, dosing at 2,000 ius of D3 per day, which puts me in the sweet spot, as measured by blood work. I also take magnesium. It might be, if you're really deficient in D3, that you may need a higher loading dose initially, but please dose according to your bloodwork, not according to oversimplified one-size-fits-all advice on KZbin, no matter how well meaning. It's best to monitor your D3 levels quarterly, if you can.
